Casa Agave

Casa Agave is located at Quinta da Encavalada. It is located on the outskirts of the village of Senhor das Almas near Oliveira do Hospital. On this very beautiful authentic Portuguese manor farm of 3.5 hectares of greenery, two beautiful granite holiday homes (side by side) are available for year-round stays. A shared swimming pool is available on the lower grounds for some cooling down. Come and enjoy!

Holiday home Casa Agave is a cosy furnished detached holiday home restored from the original granite walls. From the veranda of the house you have a beautiful view over the grounds and in the distance the mountain ridge Caramulo. This holiday home has 3 bedrooms with a total of 5 fixed beds. 

If you would like to book both Casa Palmeira and Casa Agave at the same time to celebrate your holiday with a larger group, please contact us and you will receive a 10% discount for this combination booking.

Included in the rental of Casa Agave is: 

• Linen package for bed/bath and kitchen (changed weekly for longer stays)
• WiFi/TV in each cottage
• Heating by woodstove/fuel wood
• Water, gas and electricity (up to 8kWh per day) included
• Cosy sitting and dining area for 5 persons
• Spacious, open kitchen with good facilities (e.g. 4-burner cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer)
• Spacious bedroom with single and double bed and two rooms with single bed
• Bathroom with washbasin, toilet and bath/shower. Drying rack available
• Veranda with outdoor furniture, parasol and outdoor kitchen (charcoal BBQ not allowed due to risk of natural fires)
• Smoking only on the veranda
• Parking on own property near the cottage or the general car park
• Max. 2 dogs allowed per cottage, at extra cleaning costs
