• Our holiday homes can be rented separately or together! Great if you want to relax with 2 families or a larger group in central Portugal. 10% discount on your entire booking if you book both cottages at the same time! You can do this through the accommodation 'Quinta da Encavalada combi'. Then the 10% discount is immediately arranged.

Season 2026 rental prices Casa Palmeira and Casa Agave per cottage (incl VAT): 

High season 2026: 13 June to 13 September.

• 1-2 persons = 110 eur/night
• 3 persons = 120 eur/night
• 4 persons = 130 eur/night
• 5 persons = 140 eur/night
• Minimum stay 5 nights
• final cleaning 20 euro per stay

Spring / Autumn 2026: March, April, May to 12 June and 14 September to October.

• 1-2 persons = 85 eur/night
• 3 persons = 95 eur/night
• 4 persons = 105 eur/night
• 5 persons = 115 eur/night
• Minimum stay 3 nights
• final cleaning 20 euro per stay

Extras:

• Baby (up to 2 years) free
• Baby package to be booked separately (+2,5 euro/night). Baby package consists of;
  • baby chair
  • camp bed including mattress (60x120cm)
  • baby bath
  • small round inflatable pool (61x15cm) for outdoors
  • baby playpen (88x88cm).
  • Linen not provided.
• Dogs are welcome, max 2 per cottage.
• Electricity above 8 kWh/day = 0.40/kWh
• use of washing machine or dryer, 4 euros per machine

Winter months 2026/2027:  

Need to work remotely from beautiful Portugal for one or more months, need a longer stay, come and spend the winter months in our cottages.... November, December, January and February the cottages can be booked per month for longer rentals of 1-4 months. contact us for reduced prices and bookings.
